CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Step 1 – Irrigation and Landscaping
Prior to the start of construction, it is your responsibility to have your irrigation capped, all landscaping removed or relocated, and any other items in the way of the pool moved. We suggest getting started right after the signing of the contract for your new pool.
Step 2 – Pool Layout
Our layout crew will layout the perimeter of your pool using a laser level, stakes, and string lines. This step is done in preparation for digging the pool. It is very important and must be done accurately.

Once the pool is staked out, our crew will begin digging your new pool.

Set elevation of your new pool . At this step, most customers start to get really excited because this is when the pool take shape. The Gunite concrete is shot through a high-pressure hose for structural strength.

Our plumbers will come in and start plumbing your pool according to the engineering and building plans and put pipes under pressure to make sure there are no leaks and inspected by the building department.

Once the plumbing is complete, the dirt is backfilled into the trenches to cover any exposed pipes the, soil is then compacted.

Next our brick and tile crew will come in to install the coping and tiles that you have selected.

The deck you choose will be installed.
Step 10 – Pool Equipment
Your new pool equipment will be installed on a Hurricane concrete pad.
Step 11 – Final Grade
After final grade and rake, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to have the yard sod in order to pass the final building inspection.

Window and door alarms are installed inside the home or a safety fence around the pool and inspected.

The pool shell is prepped and cleaned prior to installation of the interior finish you have selected.

Your new pool will be filled using your garden hose directly from your house using your water from the city or well immediately after the pool is plastered.
